Did you know that practicing gratitude can make you happier and healthier? November is National Gratitude Month, offering the perfect opportunity to focus on the positive. Take a moment each day to appreciate the good things in life, and by Thanksgiving, you’ll have a meaningful list of things to celebrate.

November 11 - Veterans Day. Today we recognize our veterans' bravery and sacrifice. Let's remember to honor and thank those who have served our country.
November 15 - Clean out your fridge day. Get ready for holiday feasts by clearing out the fridge. A thorough clean now means more room for tasty leftovers later.
November 28 - Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is a day to reflect on life's blessings and create new, cherished memories. What are you most thankful for?

America's Favorite Thanksgiving Pies. Thanksgiving wouldn't be complete without a delicious pie (or two!) to cap off the feast. We looked at America's favorite Thanksgiving pies, and - to no surprise - pumpkin is the winner! Pumpkin - 23%, Pecan - 14%, Apple - 12%. No other pie got more than 8%

Mortgage Insight  A recent Fannie Mae survey found that nearly 90% of consumers overestimate or don’t know the minimum down payment needed to get a mortgage. Most respondents estimated 10% down as the minimum required by lenders, but the actual requirement is only 3% down for conventional loans.
